Raven, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. In your opinion, what role does networking play in the continuous evolution and adaptability of an entrepreneur?
Networking is important because I do not just network to find clients but to find relationships that can elevate my current clients and expand my social capital.
Before we dive into the specifics, could you share a bit about your background and the experiences that have shaped your path in entrepreneurship?
My name is Raven Robinson and my journey as a entrepreneur started when I created the job that I knew I could do well but never got hired for. I love community and sharing resources in innovative ways.

Can you share a pivotal moment that defined your entrepreneurial journey?
A pivotal moment was in 2015 when I was nominated Top 40 under 40 Rising Star in NYS by City and State Magazine.
What inspired you on the path of entrepreneurship, and how has that initial inspiration evolved over time?
My inspiration came from knowing I could deliver and continuing to do so.
Reflecting on your journey, what unexpected challenges have you encountered, and how did you navigate them?
I have encountered having a rubric and a system in place for work productivity. I navigated by asking those around me and asking for help.

How do you stay resilient in the face of setbacks, and what role does resilience play in entrepreneurial success?
I stay resilient by reminding myself where I come from. Resilience pays a major part because I continue to push through despite trials and tribulations.
What role do you think mentorship plays in fostering a culture of support and growth within the entrepreneurial community?
Mentorship is very important. Not just by older professionals but peer mentorship.
How do you balance risk-taking with calculated decision-making to navigate uncertainties in your industry?
By preparing a SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) for each opportunity so I can be prepared.
As you look back, what advice would you give to your younger self when starting your entrepreneurial venture?
I would say stay consistent and ask for help.
